The Yunting Group opened this restaurant on September 23, 2011, at No. 228 Luoyuan Street in Jinan, directly across from the famous Baotu Spring — making it the first high-end halal restaurant of its kind in all of Shandong province. It spans two buildings covering more than 2,000 square meters, decorated in a gold-and-green Islamic style, with spacious dining halls and private rooms for banquets and special occasions. The first building specializes in "palace-style" roasted and stir-fried meats, most notably a clay tandoor-roasted combination of lamb ribs, beef, and chicken wings, while the second focuses on traditional copper-pot hotpot, led by lamb spine hotpot made with lamb imported from Inner Mongolia, along with hand-made lamb meatballs. At an average of 54 to 65 yuan per person, it's an ideal destination for Muslim visitors seeking a refined halal dining experience in the heart of Jinan.
